At Amber & Ash, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within our 30-day return period.

If you would like a different size or colour, please contact us first to arrange an exchange. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

If your requested item is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

European Union and United Kingdom Consumer Rights

If your order is delivered to a country where applicable consumer protection laws provide a statutory cancellation period, including the European Union 14-day cooling-off period, those rights remain unaffected.

Where applicable, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase unless applicable consumer law states otherwise.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.
